Smoked Flamingo Oyster Mushroom Risotto

Risotto is a northern Italian rice dish cooked with broth until it reaches a creamy consistency. The broth can be derived from meat, fish, or vegetables. Many types of risotto contain butter, onion, and white wine.

Served with sides of roasted tomatoes and fresh green beans, this risotto made a gratifying dinner indeed!

This Risotto was fabulous ... well worth the effort of standing and stirring! You can never have too many mushrooms in my book.
